Our Story

MEET DEB
Debra Pigott - you can call her Deb - is the creative mind behind Relic ReDo. She has a passion for collecting vintage, rustic and industrial pieces and repurposing decor. Her finds come mostly from flea markets and yard sales, though she's not above digging around in a barn or pulling over to the side of the road if there's even a hint of a treasure. She loves to travel the U.S. in search of flea markets and vintage shops and has a particular fondness for Texas, where she's scored some of her favorite items.
She began collecting pieces from family long before Relic ReDo came into existence. Her great uncle was an antique dealer who would give her things from time to time and this sparked her interest in the history behind the items. Whenever she would come across a piece that was broken, she'd use the parts to create something else, leading to her obsession - err, passion - for repurposing.
Eventually, she opened a store where she sold her vintage pieces and repurposed furniture. Yet, it was when she started styling family weddings that she realized how much she enjoyed helping people use her pieces to create stunning, personalized affairs. Thus, her event rentals and styling business was born.
For the past 18 years, all while collecting, reimagining and decorating, Deb has worked for a custom builder, assisting clients in selecting decor and features for their new homes. {Can you tell she likes to keep busy?} The office happens to be located at Eagle Lake, which is how her partnership with the Estate at Eagle Lake developed. Her style of vintage, rustic, industrial and repurposed worked so well with the site, it was a natural fit.
When she's not covered in paint, scouring the country for pieces to add to her collection or planning out the decor for an event, Deb can be found hanging out with her family. She has a very supportive husband, who is her main carpenter and she's mother to four wonderful children, mother-in-law to two lucky girls and two lucky guys and grandmother to eight.
